My Paper Rose Debut!

This rose was hand cut from delicate absorbent parchment paper and carefully designed into this beautiful yellow Paradise rose. Each paper petal was hand painted by me.

This is my very first one. I will be listing some on etsy and in my boutique within the next few days. These would make perfect Valentines Days gifts.

The roses will come as bouquets or single. They will come elegantly wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon with my hand crafted gift tag.

President Bush's House in Dallas

My mom and sister came to visit me this week from Florida. I took them to see the house that George and Laura Bush bought and are planning to move in to next month.

The secret service just got approval by the city to install an electric gate. Luckily we were able to get photos of us in front of the house before the gate goes up.
